Brass is an alloy composed of copper and zinc, and brass has strong wear resistance. Brass is divided into two types: ordinary brass and special brass. If it is only made of copper, brass composed of zinc is called ordinary brass. If it is composed of more than two kinds of elements, it is called special brass mesh. It has high strength, high hardness and strong chemical corrosion resistance. Phosphor bronze mesh is also called bronze. It is a copper-tin alloy, added 3-5% tin and 0.03-0.3 phosphorus to copper. Thus, it can greatly improve the strength and toughness of copper.

1. BCu92P: Composition P: 7.5-8.5%, copper: balance. The melting temperature is 710-750°C, and the melting point is low. The solder has better fluidity, but is relatively brittle.

Generally used for brazing copper and brass parts that are not subjected to shock loads and vibrations;

2. BCu93P (HL201/BCuP-2): component P: 6.80-7.50%, copper: balance. The melting temperature is 710-793°C, the solder has good fluidity,

It can flow into joints with small gaps, but the solder is brittle. It is generally used in the electromechanical and instrument industries to braze copper and brass parts that are not subject to impact loads;
